Do you send to my country?

We send to almost any country in the world.

How long will it take for my SUNCARE package to arrive?

We ship from the Netherlands which allows for fast world wide shipping and the shipping times are approximately as shipping can be delayed due to conditions beyond our control.

Savage Turtle Suncare Products will be shipped within One or Two days and these are the approximate shipping times:
Europe: 2-7 working days. USA: 3-10 working days. Australia: 4-10 working days. Asia: 6-16 working days. South America: 8-14 working days. Africa: 8-14 working days.

How will it take for my Savage Turtle SHIRT to arrive?

Savage Turtle are custom made so we don't have to pre-order large quantities of garments.
This way we won't be underselling and overselling meaning that there will be no overstock being dumped somewhere in nature. Happy You & Happy Planet.

In general it takes about 2 weeks to produce your order.

The moment your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified by e-mail.

Can products be changed?

As we work on a pre-ordering system we are not able to exchange products. We are a very eco-friendly company and carry no stock so we can be sure no over-stock items will be dumped somewhere in a 3rd world country. In case you are not happy with your purchase you can request for a refund.

Are there import duties to be paid?

Most Savage Turtle products originate from the European Union. When you order from outside the European Union in some cases import duties are charged by customs in your country and these have to be paid by the customer. These differ from country to country.

Where is my package at the moment?

You will receive an order confirmation including a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Who has to pay for the return shipping costs?

The customer has to pay for the returning costs.

I asked for a refund, when will I have the money back??

We will process your refund as soon as the item arrive at our warehouse. It may take up to 3 weeks for your refund to arrive at the original method of payment.
However we can't accept returns on suncare products for hygienic reasons.

What if the product I received is damaged?

I If you received an already damaged product you have to notify us within 2 days after receiving the product including pictures of the damaged product and the packaging so that we can notify the courier in time. We then will provide a suitable solution for you to receive a perfect product.
